How do I sign up?

Dedicated timed programmes can also be set up for teams or groups if required.
There are 6 people participating on the programme. This is your “Pod”. You would be connected by a WhatsApp group for regular sharing of experiences and will have a 45 min zoom call each together to exchange perspectives and stories along the way.
The “Pod” element is great as it allows you to have a conversation with others on the same path and to experience different thinking that both reinforces and challenges your own learning. It also helps as an accountable space to help you stay focussed and take full advantage of the opportunity the material provides for you.
In further support to the programme you would have a 30 minute coaching session each week on zoom for the 7 weeks. This would be at a time to suit you. This is there for you to become further aware of challenges you would like to explore, to gain clarity and to create new outcomes and behaviours that will make a difference to you.
